有關不丹
20世紀80年代末，不丹政府為了保護傳統文化，頒佈了名為「著裝條例」（Driglam Namzha）的政策，要求所有不丹人在公共場合必須穿上不丹國服等一套禮儀。現時，有些地區對服飾仍有嚴格規定。男人穿著「幗」，是一套筆挺有份量的斜開襟及膝半長外套，束上腰帶後，肚子前形成一個大大的袋子，可以裝很多東西，英氣十足。女子內搭一件長袖襯衣，穿著長至腳踝色彩繽紛的長方形編織物，在肩膀處用銀飾鉤環（Koma）扣好，腰間綁上布帶，有如連身長裙，再披上一件長袖絲質小外套Toego，就是正式且端莊優雅的打扮。不丹人民日常穿著的多是綿質或羊毛製簡單編織的方格和條紋的傳統服飾。在特別的時節和場合，遊客就會看到一個個穿上織有獨特圖騰的高級絲製旗拉光彩豔麗的不丹女士。出入宗或寺院、或是拜會國家高官、參加國家節慶活動等，男士左肩上還要披一條正式的披巾— Kabney，而顏色是有階級之分的。而女士左肩上則要佩上一條顏色鮮豔的披巾Rachu。
